1. Restricted Use: The data accessible through our database is for the exclusive use of registered real estate agents. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or reuse of this data is strictly prohibited. The data must not be used for any purposes other than those explicitly authorized by Techno Property Solution.
2. Non-transferability: Registered users must not transfer, share, or provide access to the data to any third parties or other software. Access credentials must be kept confidential and must not be disclosed to anyone.
3. Intellectual Property Protection: All data, including but not limited to property listings, client information, and market analysis, remains the intellectual property of Techno Property Solution. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this data is a violation of copyright laws, including but not limited to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the Copyright Act of 1976, and other relevant intellectual property laws.
4. Legal Enforcement: Any company or individual found to be using our data in violation of these terms will be subject to legal action under the applicable laws governing copyright, intellectual property, and cybercrime. This includes but is not limited to:
   • The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
   • The Copyright Act of 1976
   • The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA)
   • The Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA)
   • The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users within the European Union
   • Relevant sections of the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10175)
5. Illegal Use and Actions: If any user is found to be using the data illegally, Techno Property Solution will take immediate and appropriate actions against the violator. This may include but is not limited to:
   • Termination of access to the database
   • Legal proceedings to seek damages and injunctive relief
   • Reporting the violation to relevant authorities for further action
6. Compliance with Laws: Users of our database must comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Any misuse of our data will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal consequences. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the data complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:
   • Cybersecurity regulations as enforced by relevant authorities
   • Local and international copyright and intellectual property laws

Any attempts to scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from our site without explicit permission will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action under applicable cybercrime laws, including but not limited to the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

10. Restriction on Excessive Data Access: We have implemented safeguards to protect the integrity and security of our system. Any excessive or repetitive attempts to access "Contact" data within a single day may trigger an automatic restriction on your account. This restriction could result in your account being temporarily blocked for several days, without prior notification.



To avoid account suspension, we strongly advise users not to engage in excessive or automated viewing of contact information. By continuing to use our software, you agree to abide by this policy and use the data responsibly.

By registering and logging into our database, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
